Record Meeting in Teams

After the meeting has ended, the recording will be automatically saved to the "Meetings" tab in your Teams window. To access the recording, click the "Meetings" tab, then click the name of the meeting you want to view. From here, you can watch the recording, download it, or share it with other team members.
Edit the Recording
If you need to edit the recording, you can do so by clicking the "More actions" button and selecting "Edit recording." This will open the recording in Microsoft Stream, where you can trim the recording, add captions, or make other edits.
Share the Recording
If you want to share the recording with other team members or people outside of your organization, you can do so by clicking the "More actions" button and selecting "Copy link."
